Door-to-door, in-place delivery is handled by Bekin's High Value Products Division featuring trucks equipped with soft, air-ride suspension systems. Your delivery is handled by the best hands in the business who strive to do a professional job. We contract all deliveries through our local Bekins agent located in Dallas, Texas. Your shipment should arrive 7 -10 days after it leaves our location. Your nearest Bekins agency will contact you at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to make arrangements. Prices quoted for shipping include turn-key standard inside delivery. When the delivery personnel leave your location, your new equipment is resting in it's proper place within your clinic -fully assembled and ready to use. Standard delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order and destination zip code. To qualify for standard delivery, your destination must meet the following requirements: The room where the equipment is being installed must be on ground level, or have elevator access. Tractor trailer traffic must be legal along your street. A tractor trailer must be able to park within 150 feet of where your new equipment is to be placed on your clinic floor. You will need a minimum 36" wide, unobstructed passageway from your front entry to where your new equipment is to be placed within your clinic. Steps or curbs along the delivery passageway may not exceed 10" in height -room where equipment is to be placed must be on ground level. If your destination doesn't meet the above criteria, special arrangements may have to be made outside of standard delivery guidelines and quoted accordingly. If the intended passageway does not meet the criteria, we will draw up a floor plan of the passageway given your dimensions at no charge -as it may be possible to maneuver your new equipment into place without disassembly, and therefore quote standard delivery charges. Additional delivery charges apply if small truck delivery is necessary within your neighborhood or other special arrangements are needed such as disassembly/reassembly of your new equipment.
